Together We Change Lives
As Catholics, we are each called to share a portion of our God-provided resources to help support His work.
Funds raised from the Archbishop’s Annual Appeal are invested in many programs and ministries dedicated to outreach:
- Catholic Charities
- Malta House of Care mobile clinics
- St. Vincent DePaul
- The Catholic Transcript
- WJMJ and ORTV
The fund provides assistance for programs and offices that support parishes, including: Catholic Education and Faith Formation programs, Engaged Couple Conferences, Parish Ministry Training, Pro Life Activities, Divorced and Separated Programs, Bereavement Support, Office for People with Disabilities, Hispanic Apostolate, Office for Black Catholic Ministries, Divine Worship, and the Office for Catholic Social Justice Ministry.
In addition, the Appeal supports our parishioners in need through the Emergency Assistance Fund, provides ongoing support for the human, spiritual, intellectual and pastoral formation of our 45 future priests and deacons, and cares for our 97 retired priests.
Thank you to those who have given to this appeal thus far in 2015. Your gift is appreciated by the people, schools, and programs served by the Archdiocese.
To those who have not yet participated, you are invited to consider a gift. When you give to the Appeal, you join tens of thousands of other Catholics supporting the less fortunate among us.
