Though the very generous donations of our parishioners, we have begun to build up or Scholarship Fund, and are happy to be able to offer scholarships to our teens this year.
Scholarships are awarded in June to graduating seniors who are continuing their education. The St. Francis Xavier Scholarship is open to all high school seniors who will be attending a 4 yr college, community college, trade school, etc… in the Fall of 2015, and who are active members of the St. Francis Xavier Parish.
Contributing to the Scholarship Fund:
If you are interested in supporting our young parishioners, as they begin furthering their education with attendance at a college or technical school, you are invited to contribute to the St. Francis Xavier Scholarship Fund.
Anyone who would like to contribute to this tax deductible fund may mail checks, payable to St. Francis Xavier Church (please write “Scholarship Fund” in the memo), to:
- St. Francis Xavier Church
- 1 Elm St.
- New Milford, CT 06776
